Projects

Below you can see a few of the clients I have had the pleasure of doing business with as well as a brief description of what the cooperation contained.

Selection of projects
LY Copenhagen.png

Over the summer of 2021, I designed, for LY/copenhagen - together with my Italian partners, and the owner of the store, their new 550 square meter flag-ship store in Kolding Storcenter.  Combined with some standard items almost all was customized and made to meet requirements for material, colour and functionality. It is now opened in Kolding as probably the most beautiful shop in the whole center.  Also I supplied them with very nice golden-colored metal clothes hangers for the store.

For LY/copenhagen I designed - together with my Italian partners, and the owner of the store, a small but very beautiful café corner.  All was customized and made to meet requirements for material, colour and functionality. It is now incorporated in the fashion store in Odense.  Also I found some very nice golden-colored metal clothes hangers for the store.

For the brand WAGNER, I made a series of mannequins and torsos which were an improvement to their previous models.  They had trouble with the fabric on the Mannequins faded under the shop-lights.  Plus we customized the sizes to fit the mannequins better compared to the previous one.  I also helped with concept hangers - for a special event - which were made of thermo-formed wood-fibres. And other special items for various events.

Working together with the  very creative Trade-Marketing-Coordinator we found a range of Mannequins to match their new re-branding project.  We also found a new range of transparent hangers for the shops and an exclusive hanger-range for their main showroom in Odense.

BRAV group needed GHOST Mannequins (also known as Pack-Shot) for their high profile brand SWIX.  We looked at the different standard versions and combined the various features and changed the sizes to BRAVs.

Intersport Denmark asked us if we could find a series of Mannequins which would match the groups existing range, but be more affordable than what they used at that time.  I found a complete range of standard models and a few which needed a few minor changes to match the whole range.  In total the range consisted of 21 different models of Mannequins and torsos.

Jeansbolaget was a new chain of family fashion stores.  They needed a series of Mannequins which were affordable and did not compromise quality.  I found a series of standard Mannequins which, with a few alterations were perfect for this chain.

Peak lang.jpg

Peak Performance wanted to change from traditional fiberglass Mannequins to BIO-Based Mannequins in their new Concept Stores.  In addition to the BIO-material we also improved on the fit of the Mannequins compared to the previous Mannequins. I had the pleasure to supply 100% Bio-based & customized Mannequins to Peak Performance.  Later in the process Peak Performance also needed to re-supply the traditional Fiber-glass Mannequins and we decided to use the existing forms from the BIO-Mannequins which were developed specifically for Peak Performance anyway.

The Norrøna project has been especially interesting and challenging for me. The whole process of uncovering the clients needs and wishes combined with the very high sense for details displayed by their very creative retail-manager, meant that this project stretched over more than 18 months before first order was finalized.  There were several trials of samples and new designing work etc during the process.  The retail-manager would rather wait for the right mannequin than rush the order. First part-order was shipped directly to the opening of their new Flagship Store in New York. - Comment from store manager in New York: "I have worked in this business for more than 20 years and I have never worked with mannequins this good before." - I can not ask for better praise than that.  Norrøna ended up with ordering 11 different Mannequins / torsos.

BERGANS was in the process of revamping the whole corporate look and modernize the outlets to become more con-temporal and in close cooperation with their retail-manager, I developed a completely new and personalized series of 15 different and unique Mannequins.  Emphasis was on the overall look and sizes with focus on high quality.  Bergans chose specific quality, specific fittings and specific materials to use.  The new mannequins were first used in their new Flag-Ship store in Oslo.

For this particular brand I developed a customized series of sporty-looking Mannequins in a style that suited the brand-identity perfectly. With emphasis on sizes and a muscular and sporty look. The very first order was completed from first contact to final order in less than one week.  Later on we improved some of the details on the whole series for future deliveries.

SOG_edited.png

With close regard to the needs and wishes of the organizers as well as the members of Scandinavian Outdoor Group, I prepared a comprehensive programme of Mannequins and Shop-fittings for use on the Scandinavian Village at ISPO- and OUTDOOR-fairs in Munich. Instore Agency also participated with a booth of our own to better service the needs of the members of SOG as well as all the visitors at both fairs.

In close colaboration with the retail managers for both the main branch as well as the outlet part of Sport24 I created a product portfolio with all main products for their shopfitting needs.  We covered app 80% of all their shopfitting needs and ordered - on demand - custom products for Sport24.  Once a year we revised the portfolio with regards to specific products and pricing.

Trollstigen:  In cooperation with the store-manager, architects Reiulf Ramstad Architects AS and Nasjonale turistvegger, we developped very specific shopfitting equipment for this very special shop. Due to the fact that the shops get both frozen in winter and flodded in spring, it required a very specific type of equipment.  We managed to deliver precisely and on time despite the lateness of the order. 50% of the equipment was flown in directly from Asia and 40% was produced and shipped by express from Denmark.  The remaining items came from our Norwegian warehouse.

Cooperating with the general manager and the store-managers for Dansk Outlet we found specific offers and general pricing for the products they needed to equip their shops.

Once a year we revised the portfolio with regards to specific products and pricing and an annual bonusarrangement.
